Meet San Francisco's wine educators and sommeliers in a casual, intimate setting at Foggy Bridge Winery and Canteen. Need a crash course on the Italian DOC system before an upcoming vacation to Piemonte? Or how to not only read a German Riesling label but know the difference between a Kabinett and a Spatlese? Or why Pinot grows best in cooler climates and Cab is king in Napa?

Foggy Bridge's education program won't be limited to wines alone but will capture the lifestyle around wine, including art, literature, music and cultural conversations in a fun, relaxed environment.

Individual classes and weekly series will be offered on weeknights and weekends once the Canteen opens in late 2008. Check back for a list of classes and how to secure a spot.
